| Day 2 - Match Results Australia v Rosalie Touch Girls Australia 14 def Southern 0 Touch down scorers: Katie Shaw 3, Kelly McGennity 3, Jarah Jennings 2, Kirstie Jenkins 2, Roxy Winder 1, Tara Mohi 2, Hayley Rogerson 1, Kate Adams 1, The Australian girls started the match where they left off the previous night, getting into a rhythm and proved too strong for the inexperienced Rosalie Touch team. The Australians scored at will in a display of quality ball movement. Whilst disjointed at times, the team showed it has the potential to improve over the coming days in preparation for the Indian Ocean Cup. Boys Australia 7 def Rosalie 3 Touch down scorers: Scott Dureau 2, Shannon Sanky 1, Andrew Baggio 1, Troy Malcolm 1, Mark Kovacic 1, Chris Rawlinson 1 The young Australians were tested throughout in a physical game, which saw the older Rosalie team hustle its way to a 2 - 1 lead at half time. Again the Australians showed the quality they are capable of, by running 4 unanswered touch downs in the second half. |
