CHAIRMAN: Michael Sparks

Michael Sparks is based in Victoria and has held the position of Chairman on the ATA Board since November 2002, he was the Commercial Director prior to that for a period of two years. Michael's background in Touch extends over a very lengthy period and has represented Australia as a player and a Coach. Michael has obtained a Batchelor of Mathematics and owns a Sport Marketing Research company

DIRECTOR: Peter DelMonte

Peter is based in Queensland and has a very keen interest in Touch not only as a Board member but as a Coach having been a winning Coach of the Men's Open Division at the National Touch League. Peter has been on the Board for a period of six years. Peter is a Director of Sales Solutions (Qld) Pty Ltd. DIRECTOR: Brian Rooney

Brian is a Sydney resident and is a Senior executive of a National Transport Company. He has been involved in the sport of Touch in many roles filling coaching, playing, tour management and administrative positions. Brian has been a member of the ATA board for a period of nine years. He is a Business Management graduate from the University of New England

DIRECTOR: Dr Paul Webb

Paul lives in Wollongong and is the Director of Physical and Health Education at Wollongong University. Paul has been a member of the National Technical Panel since 1987 and a Board member since 1990. Paul's contribution especially in the technical areas has been invaluable to the sport Paul has achieved the following qualifications, Ph.D University of origan, USA, M.Sc University of Origan, USA, M.HK University of Windsor, Canada, B.Ed Tasmania College of Advanced Education

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR: Ray Kiley

Ray works for Telstra as Director or Business Transformation, Customer Care, Business & Government and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science form the Australian National University. He started Touch at school and made his first ACT rep side when I was 17. He has represented the ACT from 1979 - 1986 and the Australian Mens side for 3 years around this time. He has also won championships with the NSW Mixed in 1987 -1988 and played at the first World Cup in 1988 in Mixed, which Australia won. Today Ray is still playing with Canterbury Over 35's and has played in the NTL Seniors division on several occasions for the Crusaders, winning the title in the Mens 35's division.
