Following the Special General Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting on June 25th, the ATA Board of Directors has the following announcements:


ATA AUDIT COMMITTEE
The ATA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the establishment of the Audit Committee. The committee includes:

Terms of reference for the audit committee will be posted to the website in the near future.


UNITARY MODEL IMPLEMENTATION - ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Following agreement to our new constitution the ATA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the establishment of an Advisory Committee to support the ATA CEO Kevin Thompson in the roll out of the new model. The Advisory Committee includes:

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
