Touch Football is a fast flowing game modelled on Rugby League.
While Touch Football shares similar skills to Rugby League, Touch Football is a lot faster, with players only on the field for 2-3 minute high intensity bursts before being substituted.
Competitive Touch Football players will train from one to three times per week, including team based sessions. Personal sessions will focus on the core components of Touch Football which include speed, agility, power, strength and endurance.
